Description: Learn how art can be a way for people to be heard and take action in heir communities and be a method of healing for many. Paint a protest sign for something you care about, create a card for a senior at Jones Harrison, sculpt a surprise gift for a neighbor along with collaging a community piece for public art.
Additional Info: This event is for elementary school aged children between 5-11 years old. Remember to dress for a mess and the weather! If needed, bring in an extra pair of shoes to wear around the studio. Full day campers please bring in a packed lunch, snack and water bottle.
