Full Moon Metal Casting for Grown Ups

The 'Flower moon', a name reminiscent of other special full moons is attributed to how Native Americans tracked the seasons, according to the Old Farmer's Almanac and comes from the period of increased fertility and blooming of plants in early May. Let’s manifest this inspiration in our cast-metal sculptures this month! Everyone can expect to make at least one and likely more small scale sculpture(s) and/or charms during the session. Participant artists will have the opportunity to finish the sculpture(s) through filing, ink patinas, and any other needed adjustments to realize their celestial visions. Class size is limited to minimize risks in this Covid time and masks are required.
