Description: Meet local photographer, Tim Sheridan while viewing some of his photos and supporting local artist in the community. Enjoy a mocktail or glass of wine and some snacks too.

Additional Info: Tim Sheridan's love of photography dates back to childhood when his mother attended a photography workshop and then created a makeshift darkroom in the family basement. Shortly after that, Tim purchased a used Pentax K1000 35mm camera at a thrift store. The rest, as they say, is history.  As an adult Tim has worked in film and TV production, including being editor and producer for a TV network morning show. He has also worked for the Chicago Cubs since college as their spring training public address announcer, allowing him to photograph the team and major league baseball extensively. Tim is currently staff photographer for the Minneapolis neighborhood newspaper, the Hill and Lake Press. When asked what he enjoys photographing, Tim said: "My photography has always leaned towards realism with a photojournalistic style. However, the hidden beauty of places, nature, and people are what excites me. For example, a good landscape photo can create a feeling, but adding a human element can bring out the real emotion."
